  I'm a property manager based out of Louisville and I often go to Mountain High when I need to replace an appliance at a property I manage. The scratch and dent section is perfect for rental properties, as you can often find steep discounts. When we can't find something there, we often still find fair-valued appliances.

  Had a great experience here. Our salesman, Michael, was absolutely no-pressure and informative. Prices for our new appliances were lower than Best Buy, Lowes, and Home Depot. We really didn't expect them to beat the larger chain stores, but they had lower prices by a significant margin.

  Came in to get a washer/dryer. Steve greeted us right away, asked us what we were looking for and explained our options in detail. He was very informative about the products without being pushy about buying anything. We have left places where the sales people are pushy about buying things. He kindly excused himself so my husband and I could discuss if we were going to make a purchase. Overall, very happy with the experience at Mountain High Appliance.
